If equipment is marked as stolen in the myDCI portal, the update frequency increases. For some equipment, users can be locked out if needed.

As of September 2026, you can track ARES locators and RD8 remote displays and lock out users on ARES locators.
Digital Control Inc. is not responsible for reporting equipment as stolen to the authorities. The history of the equipment's movement is not available on the myDCI portal.
Go to https://mydci.digital-control.com, and on the left pane, select Equipment.
Select the unit with an active Trak-It subscription. The location maps on this page and in Equipment display the unit's last known location with a date and time stamp.
On the equipment detail page, select the Options icon in the top right corner.
